When you book, the cancellation terms that apply to that service are presented before you confirm. Reviewing them at booking is the best way to know exactly what applies to your request.

Cancelling a booking

If your plans change, you can request a cancellation from your booking. Where a cancellation window or fee applies, it is based on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled service — and is disclosed at booking rather than as a surprise.

If a provider cancels

Occasionally a provider may be unable to complete a scheduled job. If that happens, we aim to help you rebook with another available provider, and any authorized payment for the cancelled visit is handled accordingly.

Refunds

Because Greenshere uses pay-after-approval, you are charged after you approve completed work. Where a refund applies to an authorized or captured payment, it is processed through our payment partner.
