Terms of service

Marketplace, not the provider

Greenshere is the technology platform that connects customers with verified outdoor service providers. The contract for the work itself is between you and the provider, with Greenshere's protections (photo proof, dispute support, and pay-after-approval) layered on top.

Bookings and payment

You authorize your card at booking. We capture the charge only after you approve the completed work. Cancellation tiers (free up to 2 hours ahead, 50% under 2 hours, 100% after arrival) are documented at /safety and apply to every booking.

Customer responsibilities

Be present at the property or provide reliable access. Treat verified providers with respect. Provide accurate access notes (gate codes, pet info). Pay for approved work in a timely manner.

Provider responsibilities

Deliver the service you accepted, on time, with proof photos. Respect customer property. Carry valid liability insurance and pass our verification process. Use the adjustment workflow for any extra work — never bill outside the platform.

Disputes

Open a dispute from the booking screen within 48 hours of completion. We respond within 4 business hours and resolve most cases within 24 hours. Refund or re-clean by another verified pro depending on the case.

Account termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — fraudulent payments, unsafe behaviour, repeated dispute losses. Suspended providers forfeit pending payouts associated with the violation.

Limit of liability

Greenshere is not liable for indirect damages beyond the protections built into the platform: photo proof, pay-after-approval, and the dispute resolution process. Insurance and verification requirements may vary by provider and market.
