Plain-English launch terms for Greenshere. Market availability, service scope, pricing, cancellation and payment terms are confirmed for each booking before paid work begins.
Marketplace, not the provider
Greenshere is a technology platform that helps customers request outdoor work from independent providers. Provider status and any platform protections vary by market and booking and are disclosed before confirmation.
Bookings and payment
A service request is not a paid booking. Before payment is authorized, you will see the provider, scope, price, timing and applicable cancellation and payment terms. Do not rely on a marketing example as confirmation of availability.
Customer responsibilities
Be present at the property or provide reliable access. Treat verified providers with respect. Provide accurate access notes (gate codes, pet info). Pay for approved work in a timely manner.
Provider responsibilities
Deliver the accepted scope on time, respect customer property and maintain any credentials disclosed in your profile. Use the approved workflow for scope changes and do not move protected platform payments off-platform.
Disputes
If a dispute workflow is available for your booking, use it within the period shown in the booking terms. Outcomes depend on the evidence, payment status, provider agreement and applicable law; a refund or repeat service is not guaranteed.
Account termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms — fraudulent payments, unsafe behaviour, repeated dispute losses. Suspended providers forfeit pending payouts associated with the violation.
Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Greenshere is not liable for indirect damages. Insurance, verification, photo records, approval-based payment and dispute support may vary by provider, service and market and apply only when stated in the confirmed booking.
