Tree trimming by certified arborists — safe, insured, on schedule.

Tree work is high-stakes — a wrong cut weakens a tree for life and dropped limbs damage roofs. Every Greenshere tree pro is a certified arborist with liability insurance. Trimmings are hauled away free, the site is left clean, and you see before/after photos before you approve the job.

Tree Trimming questions

  • When's the best time to trim a tree?

Most species are best trimmed in late winter when dormant — minimizes sap loss and disease risk. Storm-damaged or dead limbs are removed any time of year on demand.

  • Do you remove trees as well as trim?

Yes, but full removal is scoped on-site — the price varies by trunk diameter, height, and access. The pro sends a written estimate from the job screen before any work begins.

  • Is there a minimum tree count?

No. Single-tree visits start at $120. Multi-tree projects scale with crew time.

  • Are trimmings composted or chipped on site?

Pros chip on site when possible (faster cleanup, less weight) and haul to municipal composting facilities. You won't see a chip pile left behind.
