Pressure Washing questions
How often should I pressure-wash my driveway?
Once a year for most homes — typically late spring once pollen and winter salt are off. Areas with heavy oak pollen or under tree canopies may benefit from twice a year.
Will it damage my deck or siding?
Not when done at the right PSI. Pros use 600–1200 PSI for wood decks and 1200–2400 for vinyl/concrete. The pre-treatment does the chemical work so the pressure can stay safe.
Do you wash windows during a siding pass?
Pros mask windows from spray but don't pressure-wash glass directly. Window cleaning is a separate service.
Is there a square-footage minimum?
