Snow Removal questions

  • When does the visit happen during a storm?

    Standard visits run 4–6 hours after snowfall ends so the path stays clear. You can request mid-storm clearing for an additional pass at storm-day rates.

  • Do you remove ice on stairs?

    Yes — ice removal and salt are bundled with every visit. Pros use calcium chloride on stairs (works to −20 °F) and rock salt elsewhere.

  • What if the storm is mild?

    Plans trigger at the threshold you set (default 2 inches). Mild dustings under threshold don't dispatch — and you don't pay.

  • Can I cancel a visit during a storm?

    Up to 2 hours before dispatch. After the crew is en route, the full visit fee applies so we can pay the pro for travel time.
