    Starting at $45 for a small yard (under 0.15 acres). Medium yards (0.15–0.4 acres) start at $63 and large yards (0.4 acres+) start at $86. Recurring weekly or bi-weekly visits get an automatic discount. The exact price is fixed at booking — no quote-grow-on-arrival.

  • How long does a typical visit take?

    60–90 minutes for most properties. Pros target a tight 2-hour arrival window so you don't wait around all afternoon.

  • What if the lawn looks worse than expected?

    Pros can send an adjustment request from the job screen with photos. You approve or decline before any extra work happens — no surprise charges.

  • Can I switch pros if I'm not happy?

    Yes. Open a dispute within 48 hours. We'll re-clean for free with another verified pro or refund in full — your choice.
