What we collect
We collect what we need to match you with the right pro: your address, contact info, service history, and payment method. We don't sell your personal data. We don't sell, rent, or share your contact info with third parties for advertising.
Why we collect it
Address: to dispatch a verified local pro to the right place. Contact info: so the pro can reach you about ETA and access. Service history: so you can re-book and we can improve matching. Payment method: tokenized via our payment partner — Greenshere never stores raw card numbers.
Provider data
If you're a provider, we additionally collect business information, EIN/tax forms, insurance certificates, ID for verification, and a background check via our verification partner. This is required by the marketplace and is not used for advertising.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax-relevant payouts to providers).
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal first-party analytics to understand how the marketing site is used. No personal data is sold to ad networks. The product app uses session cookies for authentication only.
