The launch model targets an 85% provider share. Final fees and payout terms are confirmed in writing before your profile is activated for paid work.
When do I get paid?
Automated provider payouts are not generally available yet. No paid job is assigned until your payout method and schedule are confirmed during onboarding.
What if a customer cancels?
The cancellation terms for a launch job are shown before you accept it. Fees can vary by service and market and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
What if extra work is needed mid-job?
Send an adjustment request from the job screen. The customer reviews and approves before any extra work happens. You only get paid for what's approved.
